Steel Chicks' structured mentoring is designed to support career development, foster meaningful industry connections, and build leadership capability through guided one-on-one mentoring relationships.
What it offers
The program pairs mentees at all career stages with experienced steel industry professionals through a structured six-month mentoring relationship, with participants connecting for around two hours per month to develop career goals, develop strategies for personal growth, and navigate workplace and personal challenges.
